Problem Statement
Lack of user-friendly tools that allow to easily add interactivity to images, videos, and PDFs. Embarking on the initial phase of our project, I conducted comprehensive user interviews to gain deep insights into the perspectives and preferences of our target audience. With a meticulous approach, I proceeded to construct detailed user personas and journeys.
My challenge was to design in a way that would engage three completely different audiences. These audiences include individuals who are not familiar with Spott, users who aren’t aware of all the product’s features, and business owners who are seeking a resource to improve their sales.
My impact
I designed many interactive components using different styles to appeal to a wider array of clients. Those interactive components can be embedded in images, videos, and PDFs enhancing user engagement by introducing dynamic elements to static content. Incorporating clickable hotspots in images allows users to explore additional information or navigate seamlessly through related content.
I strategically designed Spott's pricing tables for compelling plan distinctions and leading a redesign of Gallery and Blog pages for a 25% reduction in bounce rates. Leveraging user feedback, analytics, and A/B tests, design changes were implemented for enhanced user satisfaction, resulting in a significant 15% boost in conversion rates.
Conclusion
The end result is a user-friendly website that makes it easy for clients to navigate and use our product without making them feel overwhelmed by technology. With Spott, adding interactions to your virtual products has never been easier!
